What I have undoubtedly learned on this path is that the journey to holistic wellness is a test of character, will power, and the desire to want a better quality of life. The balancing act of the physical, mental, and emotional aspects in our lives can be challenge. Especially when we’re doing them consciously. Choose to positively invest in healthy habits that essentially make you feel and better, starting with your skin care.
