Shipping Policy

All of our products are crafted, packaged, and shipped by hand. While we know you are excited to try or refill your products, please allow at least 48 hours for your order to process. 

Packages are mailed out on Tuesdays & Thursdays only. If you place an order on Tuesday, your order will be mailed on Thursday. If you place an order on Thursday your order will be mailed the upcoming Tuesday. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be shipped, tracking numbers take up to72 hours to update. 

 

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on our products. If your skin is having a reaction to our products, although they are chemical free & use organic products, please discontinue use. If products arrive damaged, please send pictures of the damaged product with your order number in a email toCustomerService@BrownRoseEssentials.com.

 

Returned Packages

If your package was returned to us you will be notified via the email provided on the order. If you have not received a “Returned Package” email from us, please reach out to your local USPS store for additional assistance tracking your item. 

 You may choose from the options below in order to solve a “Returned Package” issue 

  1. Have your order refunded back to the form of payment used at check out minus all shipping & processing fees 
  2. Have your order reshipped with additional shipping cost. 

 

“Do you use nut oils in your products” 

Yes, we do use Sweet Almond &  Coconut oils in our products. Just to ensure you have no allergic reactions to any of our products please do not use any of our body scrubs or yoni products as they contain sweet almond & coconut oils. 

 

“Can I use your products on my baby” 

We love da kids! We encourage you to utilize our herbal infused “Bouquet in a Bottle” Body Oil and/or our “Butta Me Up Baby” Thrice Whipped Body Butta on your infants & children. While these products are ultra-moisturizing they are gentle enough for sensitive & baby skin. 

 

“Are there fragrance in the products?” 

Fragrance? Yes! Synthetic fragrances? No. If you are using a product that is scented, it has either been scented using 100% pure & good quality essential oils or 100% natural fragrance. Which isaromatic compounds derived from plant materials, such as flowers, wood, leaves, as well as animal essence, such as honey scents.
